This is not a question of if given a healthy population, should harvest be allowed...instead, this is a question of if given a choice...limited harvest or an introduction of hatchery fish...which one would us/you choose.

I do not think Bill Bakke in anyway was supporting a wild fish harvest as much as he was opposing the unneccsary introduction of hatchery stock!
