I can say without a doubt that potential mass campus killers should not own a gun. Unfortunately we have no proper way of predetermining who will snap.
So, I am left with my own opinion that the extreme paranoid, worried about somebody coming to get their guns, running out and stockpiling weapons and ammo should not own guns. I wish I were "the decider".
