Doesn't mean that vigilantly defending the 2nd amendment is useless.

Of course it's not useless...but defending against something that's not even there is fuckin ridiculous...but it does keep the NRA coffers hopping, so spend away..."defense" of something assumes that there is some "offense" out there...and there's clearly not, just your own fear.

Not in the least...they've had over a year to grab your guns by now...and they haven't, nor will they.
