My wife and I are and have been looking for a new home. Anything that satisfies our requirements are quickly sold and my good friend who is also our RE agent says the banks are gearing up and hiring in anticipation of another big dump by the banks. Apparently many foreclosures and soon to be foreclosures have been held back...

That's what he's been told and that's what I've been hearing from other sources as well.
