When the gov't, and big business and upper level education teach and train and live and implement bullying as the good life.

Bullying is pushing around those that have less power or ability to defend themselves, our gov't.. Ins Co's and any big business and anybody else that is trained by public education to make money does exactly that very...very effectively.
