Well, Rather than asking why and complaining on the board about I challenge everyone on the board and your buddies to start writing letters and e-mails. If the runs are truely that low, I guess I would support it, but if they are still allowing a kill fishery early in the season, like the they have been, and tribal netting is not curtailed than I have a big problem with it.
