C'mon now Todd! There is trash all over if you look for it! I prefer V-Hawks approach to this one. You can make a difference (I know you have Todd, in many ways, and appreciate your efforts). The idea to pick up trash is a good one. Getting in the face of the tribal and wdfw cops is another thing we can do. I made a few calls to the tribe this morning on your cleanup party Vince. I'll let you know what I hear. When the legit fishermen outnumber the lowlife trash, the fishery becomes productive. I think if you clean up the garbage and provide enough enforcement to force out the scum, things will get better. Maybe....
