Well, why then don't you tell how it was really meant to be used! Can you give us just a little bit of history why our legislators have made it the way that it is now? Couldn't be the will of the people, now could it? No… that couldn't be it!

Please tell us why "we" have passed these laws then tlCLEO! Is everyone else wrong and that's why you feel that a few disgruntled state employees are right? According to your way of thinking….that must be it!!
