Of course they will. They have nothing to lose by doing so and more to gain (however little it may be). Let's face it, the only people who would complain about them doing so would be the sportsmen, and since, apperantly, we're more worried about "house cleaning" than saving more fish, we won't be able to form an alliance to fight them and the public just won't care. It's lose/lose for us. It's all about money and let's face it, fishermen are the cheapest bunch of people there are. You could get 10 gun owners to donate more money to save their sport than you could get from 1000 fishermen.
