That Mini-cougar is a sweet pistol, rotary action and all, right(?). I was deciding between that and my little HK. Access to aftermarket barrels were one of the big reasons I chose the HK, I can shoot 3 calibers on one frame, 9mm, .357 Sig & .40 S&W. 11 different firing modes was the second.

That cougar is perfectly suitable for a romp in the woods, but if I were to be in bear country (Griz), I'd bring out the Model 29 with the 4" barrel, or even better a 12 gauge with slugs, but Jerry (berkley Boy) was looking for a compact gun to carry on trips afield, so I guess that eliminates the big guns like the .41 and .44 mags.
