after just looking it it again, why do they keep putting the cutoffs at Nov 30th? especially up high where the majority of the Chum are, which arent many anymore, they let people use barbed hooks (i usually dont, but i have) and then can jump up their leaders to 40 feet if wanted....?

all good if they are trying to protect the Kings, but why let it go after Nov 30th when the B runs come in? why not protect them and the Chum?

they should make it 48 inches through Dec 31st and call it done....
