All the snaggers on my river, the north fork of the Lewis, toe the line of legal. The reason being is because fish and game doesn't want to write tickets for any thing that isn't blatant snagging. The reason for that, or so the gamies tell me, is because it is hard to prosecute. So cut the leader length down and it will be harder for them to snag, toeing to the of lega,l or easier to write tickets because of the new rule. Again I think its the best idea i've heard in ages!
