Nope, Porterhouse roasted over Oregon Ash coals.
Santa Maria style, as you know uses the native Red Oak for fuel.
I'm betting that Oregon Ash will be similar.

This will be my first "campfire" experiment on the Weber kettle.
I won't have grate elevation adjustment like a true SM grill, so I'll have to adjust the height of the coals instead.
