I believe otherwise leads to losing faith and credibility in the FBI which is exactly what’s happening.

The only conclusion I’ve come to in this debacle is never ever under any circumstances talk to the Feds without a lawyer.

“But you’re not being investigated of any crime so it’s cool. Just a simple conversation we’re having here.”

“Great than I’m free to go right?”

“Well not really we only have a few questions.”

“Fine. I WANT A [Bleeeeep!] LAWYER!”

This is absolutely 100% the truth.

"Why are you talking to me? Am I being charged with a crime? Am I being detained? Am I free to go?"

Make them answer every single one of those questions, and keep asking til they do, and if they don't, walk away.

Fish on...
