You're right, she was found not guilt. I say innocent in that I believe the misconduct was serious enough that they could or would not retry her. There mode of operation in the cases was to continue to try over and over again. It was obvious by the statements that they did not care if they could convict or not, they were going to make the associates lives hell.
They have the driver for 4 counts of Murder, saying he knew or should have known what was going to happen. They back that up by the fact that he did drove Clemmons away. His argument, make sense. What do you do when a man, who is obviously unhinged, runs up waving a gun and says go, go. Do you argue or drive away. I actually believe the driver for one reason. During the shooting he supposedly went across the street, bought pops, and got change for the car wash. I would guess that there should be video from the store either backing this up or refuting this. Common sense says that if you know your friend is going to kill some cops, you wait in the car of drive down and pick him up. What you don't do is go get change for the car wash.
