there is no court on this issue, its like a warrant, it basically IS a warrant, the cops go to the judge, and the judge signs it, and they go confiscate... THEN the person gets to go to court to get their guns back, THATS the due process part of it...

having guns taken from you before you have committed a crime with them is exactly what Trump is saying, what is in place in Wa, and what the other 2 democrats from Cali brought to legislation last MAY....
