actually he didnt, he specifically reference the whackjob Nikolas Cruz, and what he meant by that, is they should have taken his guns AFTER THE 45 CALLS TO THE POLICE, and the FBI being notified that he posted what he did on the Youtube page... THEN, make him go through the process of getting them back... he didnt commit a crime apparently so they couldnt charge him with anything, but if they would have taken his sh!t, and made him go through the courts, this likely never would have happened...
