You may be surprised to find that calling the cops, even 45 times, isn't due process when you are suspending someone's Constitutional rights.

You don't just get to go grab them without a court order, and you don't get a court order without due process.

Doing it in reverse order is illegal, and violates at least three Amendments to the Constitution.
