According to the FISA court application, Michael Cohen was in Prague supposedly on Trumps behalf. The problem was as Cohen testified he has never been to Prague or even the country itself and his passport proves it. It has been reported some time back that intelligence was obtained about Michael Cohen being in Prague that turned out to be a totally different Michael Cohen.

So much for thoroughly vetted for accuracy and verified Intel to obtain a FISA warrant to spy on American citizens.
