You will ALWAYS be chasing those electrical gremlins if you buy a s10.
My old one couldn't have been in better shape when I picked it up and only a few years old. Recall after recall gremlin after gremlin among other issues that won't ever go away. I'd pass if I were you, take that for what its worth.
