Thanks WSU. I do think a healthy portion of it is..."that's just bow hunting". Ike put it good the other day that bow hunting is a constant cumulation of mistakes and learning from your mistakes until that moment where it all goes right. Because I love critters, I do get a bit worried that one of those mistakes will result in a wounded animal. Again that's just bow hunting, but I want to do everything I can in my power to prevent that at all costs. I know it's going to happen at one point and I can live with that - but it'll be hard.

I probably just need to keep making mistakes, learning from them and eventually it'll all come together. The tactical mistakes are easy to learn from - it's this mental shakes thing that is hard. Honestly, maybe once I learn from these tactical mistakes, the mental aspect will go away completely. I hope that's the case.
