I just listed a house yesterday, yeehaw for high home prices!

I just bought a house two months ago, too...bummer for high home prices!

The good thing is that the interest rates are so low right now that I was able to afford a much more expensive house than I expected, and the customer base for buying my old house is a lot bigger thanks to low interest rates, too!

Win-win on interest rates...a wash on the rest.
