Streamer,
You got me there. The last R I voted for was the Sec. of State, Kim somebody. I won't vote for an R who is anti-abortion, anti-gay. That's been my line in the sand. And I don't even have a dog in that fight. Rs say they are for less government and less government interference in people's lives -- until they aren't.
Again, this is highly bizarre.
You say you have no dog in this fight (relating to abortion and gay “rights”) yet you say this is where you choose to draw the line in the sand.
The only logical conclusion that can be drawn from this is that you are actually a gay, trans man whose only form of birth control is getting abortions. Otherwise, it wouldn’t make sense these are the two issues where you draw the line in the sand.

I guess it's become popular among conservatives to not concern themselves with the rights of anyone but themselves. How Trumpian.
That isn’t the point Beezus… I mean Salmo. It isn’t about not concerning yourself with the rights of others, rather prioritizing the concerns of others before yourself at the expense of your own interests. I like rights for everyone. As asked before, what rights do straight people have that gays don’t have?
As far as the abortion issue, most people aren’t against abortions completely. Most people (such as Reichert and Trump) have proven to not be anti-abortion, only in favor of not allowing them to occur past the point of viability and in late term. This has clearly been laid out in previous threads but can’t resonate with you.
Your bias against Republicans and Conservatives seems to cloud your judgment and ability to see this. I’m really beginning to think you are a gay, trans man who uses abortions as a primary means of birth control, thus your bizarre pre-occupation with abortions and gays.
