I remember when we used to think that about the Nisqually. Now, here we are 30 years later

I just don't understand the setting the "usual and accustomed to" season when the regs don't come out until summer, then closing the rivers down at the last minute, when WDFW probably knows they're going to close it down anyway from the get go. Seems dishonest at best.
