From the research I have done this morning which is really based on Internet speculation so take with a grain of salt:

1. Hawks still have about 20 mil in cap.

2. Next year cap will go up about 20 mil.

3. Jimmy G will likely play just one season with the Hawks unless he and RW3 are an unstoppable duo. That's 12 mil less when he's gone. That is my own speculation based on Hawks history regarding offensive weapons. Seems like they rent them for a little while but don't keep them for good unless they are top notch like Lynch.

That is 52 mil left to spend or 40 mil at worst. Not too shabby. Go Hawks!
