I don't remember RT being all that tall. Are you REALLY that short? If that's the case then here's hoping that the boat that you fish from has low sides so you don't have to do a sort of jump-cast. That could take coordination that, frankly, I don't think that the average Washingtonian gene pool is equipped with.
