I managed this building up until last September, along with three others in SLU, and my office was in this one, too.

Glad I moved down to the financial district.

Happy hour at The Met is usually standing room only past 4pm, had dinner there after work on Monday and it was half full at 5:30 when I left for home.

I would say my two biggest buildings are running at about 2/3 capacity, lots are working from home.
