Hey, do you guys take your temperature, and how often if you do?

I didn't for a while, but since I have a decent digital thermometer that takes about 10 seconds for a good reading, I've been taking it daily. 98.1-98.4 pretty consistently.

This seems like a pretty simple thing to do, but not sure if it does more than remind me that I don't feel sick.
