I am utterly dismayed at American "Leadership" from the very top, all the way down to the dog catcher and everywhere in-between. Utter imcompetence & gross negligence across the board. Taken by greed or gripped by fear, it's pathetic. This isn't some left / right political BS. I award "NO CONFIDENCE" to the entire lot.
