Speaking of capitalists, I bet the reason this administration doesn’t have any imaginative programs in the works, and can’t get enough tests being made, is because they are all trying to figure out how to make money off of this. It is still profits first during a pandemic. Do you really think Trump doesn’t have his teams and their teams hoping to buy a bunch of stock in the company that finds the cure?

I don’t think Washington DC can work to really protect the people any more. Its always about making sure the team gets the money.

So far the only solution has been print money like in 2008. 2008 was a financial crisis. This is an unprecedented modern pandemic. Totally different.
