12469/60800000 = 0.0002 * 100 = 0.02%. Now let’s see how many times 0.02% goes into the conservative Trumpvirus number of 1.0%. 1.0/.02 = 50X! So Trumpvirus is 50X the Obamavirus conservative, and worst case it is 3.5/0.02 = 175X. Maybe you can comprehend why people are freaking out.
