Anybody read this in Mueller’s report about US election meddling?

“Telizhenko said U.S. officials told the Ukrainians they would prefer that Kiev drop the Burisma probe and allow the FBI to take it over.”—Interesting, considering what we now know about the top echelon of the corrupt FBI management officials being fired out of existence. Did I miss why and who those FBI officials that were fired in the Mueller report?
