I have no idea what the truth is, yet, but it's also just as likely that Evo hangs out at the strip mall and when he gets teased by homeless folks and the drug dealers from his trailer park he snaps cell phone pics and shows them to the rent-a-cops, and considers this both his "job" and as evidence of a truly dangerous man who should be running black ops for an elite private security firm in the Middle East.

Could be that, too.
