He certainly has shown a temperament that is not very becoming of a judge, not to mention displaying the exact same emotional instability that the GOP claimed Hillary would show as a leader (but didn't while being grilled).

Plus he can't help being an almost satirical rich white privileged douchebag. That doesn't make him guilty, just sad and laughable.
