Chief Justice Roberts has ordered an investigation into ten ethics complaints about Kavanaugh's behavior during the confirmation hearings, and referred the complaints to the 10th Cir. Ct. of Appeals to handle it.

I don't think that the justices on the Court could refuse to seat him if they didn't want to, so I'm not sure what the point of this is, but it's interesting nonetheless.
