I didn’t say you said anything about shooting anyone. You certainly implied it however. And even if you want to argue that “I didn’t imply [Bleeeeep!]” , which I’m sure you do, it could be argued quite convincingly that your threats, and your very clear and vocal enthusiasm for guns and your comment about “my shooting skills are on point” could be construed as threatening to shoot someone. That’s all.
