5% of a wall is 5% more than Hank pays out on his bets. The House is as stingy with the border wall funds as Hank is with paying Stam. Not my fault. It's the Dems. Also the Guatemala thing is huge. Very huge. Even bigger than the amount of money Hank owes Stam. If you take a look at a map of Guatemala, it crosses the entire peninsula so every single person coming south of Mexico will be automatically denied asylum faster than Hank denies payouts on his bets.
