In addition others have spotted them with the clear water. So what gives? The run is usually last of October first week of November and they come through the bay regardless of flows. The movement on the tides has been unusual as the fish that showed really did not look like Chinook ( which should be around ) or Coho. So we have the answer but it is a strange one.

Not unheard of. I caught a chum, colored, in the lower Nooch mid-August several years ago. Could be as simple as a messed up biological clock that told it to enter a month or two early.
