Chinook Technical Team is the number-crunching body for the Pacific Salmon Commission/Treaty.
Their analysis is the result of inputs from local fish managers up and down the entire West Coast from Alaska down to California. They produce an annual report documenting exploitation and escapements for most of the major salmon-producing arteries contributing to PST fisheries.
