All salmon and fisheries to the tribes, restoration habitats paid for by NT taxation, hunting access and privileges to the tribes, ( can you say White River), allowing the drug camps into the habitat restorations , describing it as “solving homelessness”, shutting down fishing and boating in PS to protect the orca, while closing down boating ramps and recreational access to the NT folks around the sound.
