Correct on small streams but have you looked at the few streams they use as index streams now a days? Drones are GPS and camera vehicles that can darn near identfy a bump on a flea's ass. They also can cover a lot of ground rather fast. I doubt 10 years from now that walking streams is something that is done for red counts.
