NOAA is sticking to the weather forecast for rain in the next few days so it starts Sunday so they say with the Olympic side of the watershed getting the biggest jump in flows. Otherwise fish are starting to stack up in the usual parts of the river with the usual jumping / rolling. Thats not the case in mid tide water around Central Park. No idea why and I must admit it is a bit strange. I know fish are going up stream by what I have been told by others fishing up stream but you sure do not see them here!
