The QIN are responsible for informing their fishers and folks. WDFW is responsible for making sure NI is informed. Having said that, it may be possible as part of the various state tribal agreements over the years that the treaty side is the only source for treaty schedules and catch numbers.

Back in the day the State had a computerized system with all commercial openings in PS. ALL. Plus, there was a catch system that had all commercial catch and it was well over 90% complete within a couple days of a fishery.

I am pretty sure that more recent agreements have choked and slowed the information flow.
