Well we are below historical min river flows but 5 days out we get a shot of rain and we will bump up above below average min flows. Then the extended forecast has very little rain for the next three months. Couple days toward the end July, no rain in August, little in front end of September. Cooler than normal until August. Weather forecast here leave a lot to be desired but one can get and idea of the trend.

Good forecast for us folk but not so much for the fish.
