Hi Everyone,

WDFW staff are away attending the last PFMC salmon season setting meeting in Portland, OR this week to finalize salmon fisheries throughout WA state and the west coast.

During the March 12 coastal public meeting, we mentioned we may have an additional short coastal public meeting regarding our proposed salmon fisheries in Willapa Bay, Grays Harbor, and North Coast systems while at PFMC and after meeting with our stakeholders during the North of Falcon (NOF) process.

We plan to have that short meeting tomorrow, Saturday, April 11, at 10 AM where staff will update you on the proposed 2026 Willapa Bay, Grays Harbor, and North Coast salmon fisheries.
